I was deciding to make this a post on the forums or a PM and I decided to post this for everyone to read.
To the officers: I think I have been very clear about my intentions with my being in your guild. But to make it crystal once more: I raid with my main on another server.
The moment I raid along with you guys when... 1. I'm done with my raid early and I logon and see there aren't enough ppl in the raid. 2. I took a day off and signed up for that day to raid with you guys. I have no intentions to sign for raids, untill I know for sure I won't be raiding with my mains guild.
About yesterday. I heared that someone was asked to call Arosto during his absence (which was work related) to call me where I was. With the msg that I have signed for yesterdays raid. I have checked this on the guildroster, I have not done such action. It definately
surpised me considering... I have never signed for a wednesday or thursday. Which are the standard days I always raid with my main.
It kinda annoyed me to get the call about it later that evening.

After my 2cts post. I'm glad to see that you guys took it positive and at least posting in the gmotd what raids are open for pugs. \o/

I do however got some more points that started to concern me. As last time, I feel like sharing this. Then letting it be.
Communication. I miss it during the raids, poking at the raidleading. Explaining and saying who is doing what specific tasks at a boss if very benifical for your chance of success.
Expecting ppl to think for themselves is utopia, sadly. To give an example:
First kill Anub: Wipe> too little overall dps and white stuff didn't get handled proper. The tanks also didn't move so the white stuff on the floor was at the butt of the big lady bug. Melee was running a marathon to help out dpssing the adds.
Wipe> white stuff got shot down (cause someone got assigned), but at the 'wrong' places. mt and ot's weren't working together so, still melee was running a marathon. so still overall too little dps, but better.
kill> Someone got the task to shoot down the white stuff near anub. Melee could stay on boss and the adds got tanked near the boss. Overall dps got more, and it was a kill.
The next week: Wipe> again, overall dps was shit, adds weren't tanked at anub. The mt didn't move to the white spot on the floor. That is the little amount of white stuff that got shot down. No one got assigned again.
Kill> cause it got sorted again as the week before.
The week after: same thing all over again.
You can say, why would I have to say it everytime again? I'm not a babysitter, PPL should L2 think for themselves. Imo untill you got a solid group, and specific ppl start doing their assigned jobs from past weeks... you can start slacking and stop saying too much.
Then again, when is it too much... to say: <name> can you shoot down the white shit again like last week? Tanks: remember to move to the white stuff. Melee: On boss. Ranged: on 1st wave of adds, 2nd stay on boss. and some other small things that are important to say.
Very important for others aswell. You have done these fights before, because you press yes before we start. You expected to know what your supposed to do.
Think along with the raidleader... I did the shooting down of the white stuff last week and he hasn't assigned someone for it yet. Speak up and ask if you should do it or something. Raidleading isn't a piece of cake any help is appreciated.
When you don't know what the f*** to do, speak up! Nothing more frustrating is a try, which goes to shit because obviously ppl don't know what to do.
I think this can be changed, which can result to better quality of raiding. Leaving out usless wipes and keeping the happy atmosphere.

Communication part 2. I'm very dissapointed how the way you guys have handled the arrival of my m8 on the server and in the guild. He has said he wants to raid. (and yes I believe his is a good addition to any guild) The 1st week he could raid along.
The 2nd week he didn't get invited, cause he didn't sign. (which he couldn't) and apologies aside, it wasn't a problem.
The 3rd week he didn't get invited again, with the same reason. Just before the raid invites someone spoke to him, he said something about wanting to raid. and his account would have been sorted. He relogged for a moment and the next msg in the guild was, raid full. You can pug it now, better luck next time.
I don't know about him, but if it was me... I'd be pissed. and start wondering, how much do you rly want him to be in the guild? At this rate he could have just stayed on our old server and pugged his way through the raid content, cause totc25 there is puggable content.
This is MY opinion about the matter, do as you like with it. I do believe this matter could have been handled a lot different, where everyone is happy and doesn't feel left out due to (as it seems like) organizational problems.

I'm not going to hide the following: I am raiding with ather guild. There are some things that are uncertain for me there. And I have been considering raiding with you guys as my standard raiding guild. Because of friends here, and I honestly don't need to raid hardcore.
But in all honestly, if this stays like it is now. I don't think I will.
